“In this video, I present the process of making a Persian dessert, as well as injecting cream and colour, which I like to call drawing Miniature Jelly Art.

Yes, it is all edible and no, it’s not a real flower inside. This dessert lets you taste flowers that are not possible to try in the real world.

Also, I would love to inspire all the talented women who are experiencing language difficulty, especially during this period of isolation, to share skills from home, using a phone to create a simple video that can be shared with broader community.
