Run by Neda Rahmani (Founder/CEO, Goodworthy), in this workshop, you will learn how about how to recognise imposter syndrome and simple tools to break the self-sabotage mindset. Neda will run you through practical exercises for building self-confidence, unlocking your authentic self, and building resilience as a creative of colour. This discussion will cover how to work with your creative tendencies and overcome mental obstacles, and how to build productive healthy routines, so that you can gain ongoing momentum for your creative future.
