Individuals or teams are invited to submit an Expression of Interest to collaborate and produce rousing, fun and thought-provoking short performative documentaries that reveal and explore complex narratives from extraordinary artists from refugee backgrounds and emerging communities.
Participants can expect an environment that nurtures and challenges, while providing valuable career-building experience. The opportunity has been designed to provide invaluable networks and the opportunity to build a significant portfolio for film, media and communications students who have a strong interest in the arts, human rights and diversity. The producer / production team will have the opportunity to work on specific MAV programs, have their work credited and promoted through MAV’s platforms and networks, and the potential to be broadcast at MAV’s various major events.
These are unpaid opportunities that could be either voluntary roles, student internships, or WIL (work integrated learning) project activities within a course.
