Twilight Black Cockatoos by Stacey Edwards

2020
Acrylic on canvas
880x890mm

Of Twilight Black Cockatoos, Stacey Edwards says:

This artwork represents my sister girl and I walking the jail yards. We talk and reflect on life and dream for our future. (This work) means I can leave my past behind and like a bird, fly to new places and new experiences.

Twilight Black Cockatoos is currently featured as a large-scale print in the Metro Tunnel Creative Program, installed at the construction-site hoarding at Anzac Station.
