Annual General Meeting (AGM)

We are looking forward to meeting and gathering in our new space for the 2024 MAV Annual General Meeting (AGM).  

This year's AGM will be held at MAV's new headquarters in Melbourne Polytechnic Preston at 5:30PM for a 6PM start.  Light refreshments will be provided.

An AGM is a meeting held once a year that is open for the public and members to attend. The purpose of the AGM is to give members a report on the organisation's activities and finances for the previous year, to allow time for members to ask questions, and to elect new directors to a governing board.

Proxy Voting:

If you are a member and unable to attend the AGM and Board Election in person, you are welcome to nominate a fellow member to vote on your behalf. Please use the link below to submit your proxy form no later than Sunday. 11:59PM 26 May 2024.

MAV Office , ℅ Melbourne Polytechnic. Building F. 77 St. Georges Road, Preston VIC 3072.

Transport:

  • Preston Train station 350m (7 minute walk)

  • Bell St buses 500m (8 minute walk)

  • Car Park, northside of Building F (Cramer St. end) free after 5PM.

  • Bicycle route along St. Georges Rd from the south; along Northern Pipe Trail route from the north.
